Vinification:
Traditional methods in steel tanks
Agein:
Aged for one year in steel tanks, two years in Slavonian oak
casks and then for six months in the bottle.
Production:
4500 bottles for year
Tasting notes:
Red garnet color with glares ruby .Bright and brilliant look.
Intense and rich scents of fruits that remember the floral,
the
spices,the underbrush, and the plums. Intense taste with sweeet
tannins .
Is accompanied well to plates of meat, game and cheeses age
to you typical of the local kitchen. Very many they are also
t he couplings with rich plates of the international kitchen.
