Vinification:
Traditional methods in steel tanks
Agein:
Is aged for six months in steel tanks, followed by four months
in the bottle.
Production:
15.000 bottles for year
Tasting notes:
Ruby-red with purplish highlights, and has a fresh, vinous,
attactively
fruity nose leading into a bry, nicely bitterish taste with
well-balanced
body.
It is ideal throughout a meal, from starters to cheeses.
